Insurance & Out of Pocket
We accept various insurance plans. If you choose to pay out of pocket, appointments are billed at $150 a session. Please contact us for more details about coverage and insurance options.
Appointment Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Missed, Late Cancelled, or Late Rescheduled Appointments are subject to a $125 fee. Please ask your provider for a payment plan if necessary.
